The whole coast is crossed by the "SS 163" Strada Statale 163 Amalfitana (highway), 31 miles long (about 50 km), a characteristic street often used as movie set, with many curves and very close. Start at "Vietri sul Mare" and after passing through the towns of the Amalfi Coast, the seaside, through a short hill leading to "Meta di Sorrento", where you enter the main road "SS 145 Sorrentina".
From the SS 163 start two Coast State highways that cross the "Lattari Mountains": the "SS 366 of Agerola" and "SS 373 of Ravello".
Surely the SS 163 is one of the most beautiful streets in the world, en route you can admire the magnificent view offered by the Amalfitan Coast.

From the North Italy, from Rome or Naples take the A3 motorway towards Salerno and exit at "Vietri sul Mare".
From the south Italy, you take the highway "A3 Salerno Reggio Calabria", then leave it in Salerno and follow the indications for the "SS163 to Amalfi"
